Clinalfa
Bachem provides specialized sterile filling services to its customers. Clinalfa® is Bachem’s brand name for its sterile filling service for use in approved clinical studies. These products are manufactured and released based on the requirements laid down in the relevant European Commission Directives. Clinalfa products contain active substances manufactured and released according to ICH Q7 guidelines. The investigator and/or sponsor shall be fully responsible for the intended use of the Clinalfa products, especially for judging the fitness of the products for such use, and for obtaining all related and legally required authorizations. Bachem takes no responsibility for the safety and efficacy of these products.
Melusine®
Pursuing the goal to offer its customers new research tools, Bachem entered into a partnership with the company Atheris Laboratories in 2010 to provide the Melusine® brand of fractionated venom kits for novel lead finding uses.
