Custom Kit Formulation
RIA or EIA kits - We can custom formulate RIA or EIA kits at your request.
Extraction-free kits - We can custom formulate extraction-free kits for species
other than human or rat by optimizing the assay in stripped serum of your choice.
Custom Iodination 125I-Labelling
We can readily label any tyrosine containing peptide. We can also attempt to
non-selectively label your individual peptide or protein either on tyrosine
residues or free amine groups. We use Sephadex G-10 purification size-exclusion
based purification to remove free 125I from your radiolabelled sample.
HPLC purification can be requested at additional cost.
