Free Antigen

This kit is designed to measure free antigen levels in cell culture supernatants and other serum-free systems. The high sensitivity of this kit is ideal for in vitro studies, such as the study of mechanism of action. Antigen is recognized by immobilized monoclonal antibody and detected by a biotinylated polyclonal antibody. Each kit provides one 96-well plate for 96 antigen determinations (43 samples in duplicate) as well as all reagents necessary to run the assay.
