Free and Bound Antigen

This kit is designed to measure total antigen (bound and free) quantities in biological fluids using one competitive assay format without extraction. It measures total circulating antigen, including those bound to autoantibodies, soluble receptors, and binding proteins. Assay design ensures no matrix effects such as epitope restriction and requires only one epitope for antigen recognition and detection. Each kit provides one 96-well plate for 96 antigen determinations (43 samples in duplicate) as well as all reagents necessary to run the assay.
