Services tailored to your needs

Non-GMP synthesis to the required scale and purity levels

Bachem offers non-GMP synthesis from 5 mg to 100 g, delivering materials at the scale you need with purity levels ranging from 80% to 97%.

Chemical modifications according to customer specifications

Customized chemical modifications, including biotinylation, clickable and dye‑labeled Peptides, diverse cyclization strategies, PEGylation, branching, and stabilizing modifications such as TFA removal to HCl, acetate, sodium, or ammonium.

Analytical services

Analytical services include standard QC release testing using HPLC and MALDI‑MS, supported by an extended portfolio of advanced analyses such as net Peptide content (AAA, CHN), water and acid content, counter ion content, ESI‑MS/MS and endotoxin analysis.

Documentation

Our documentation package includes a standard Analytical Data Sheet (ADS) with QC results, as well as additional documentation such as TSE/BSE certificates and a Medical Device File which can be provided upon request.

Aliquoting

Precise aliquoting starting at 0.5 mg per vial with a +/- 2% accuracy to ensure consistent sample handling.
