Bubendorf/Basel, April 25, 2013 – The Board of Directors of Bachem Holding AG (SIX: BANB) passed a resolution at its meeting yesterday to switch the company’s accounting standards from IFRS to Swiss GAAP FER. It intends to make the switch retroactive to January 1, 2013.
