Can I get a lower amount than the offered minimum package size?
We regret that we cannot offer custom packaging for orders of small quantities.
If I require a large amount, can I get custom packaging?
Such an order would be treated as a bulk order, therefore, custom packaging is available. Please click for contact details here.
Do I get a discount, when ordering a large quantity of a product?
Bachem offers discounts for large orders of a product (bulk). The minimum amount required for bulk discount is five fold the largest pack.

Do I get a discount when ordering multiple vials of the same product?
The more vials you order the higher the discount we grant:
2 vials - 5% discount
3 to 5 vials - 10% discount
6 to 9 vials - 15% discount
10 to 30 vials - 20% discount
≥ 31 vials - 25% discount
How do I place an online order?
