Dr. Franz Saladin
Dr. Franz Saladin is Bachem’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Compliance Manager. In this function he is responsible for sustainability reporting of the Bachem group worldwide. Besides his appointment at Bachem Franz runs his own consulting company Saladin Public Affairs. 1992 Dr. Franz Saladin obtained his Diploma in Chemistry at the University of Basel. After achieving his PhD on photochemical storage of concentrated solar energy at the Paul Scherrer Institute in Switzerland, he worked as a Postdoc at the Australian National University.

Simon Fössmeier
Simon Fössmeier is Senior Equity Analyst at Vontobel’s Swiss Equity Research. In this function he is responsible for ESG research as well as the insurance sector. Prior to joining Vontobel, he worked at Swiss Re, UBS and Bank Julius Bär. He holds a Master degree in business administration from the University of Hamburg and a MBA from New York University.
