Bubendorf/Basel, November 2, 2011 – Bachem Group (SIX: BANB) today announced a change in senior management. Dr. Lester Mills, Chief Marketing Officer and a member of the Corporate Executive Committee, will be leaving the company for personal reasons at the end of January 2012 to pursue new professional challenges.

The Board of Directors and the Corporate Executive Committee regret to see Dr. Mills leave. They appreciate his tireless efforts on behalf of the company and wish him much success during his remaining time with Bachem Holding AG and all the best in his future endeavors. Bachem has already initiated the succession process and is confident it will soon be able to announce the appointment of a qualified successor.
