Dr. Anne-Kathrin Stoller to assume CMO position at Bachem

Bubendorf/Basel, September 1, 2017 – Bachem (SIX: BANB) announced today that Dr. Anne-Kathrin Stoller will succeed Dr. José de Chastonay as Chief Marketing Officer of Bachem Group on January 1, 2018. Dr. José de Chastonay officially retires end of March 2018, yet will continue to serve the company in an advisory capacity.

Dr. Anne-Kathrin Stoller was born in Germany in 1974 and studied chemistry in Hannover (Germany) and Cambridge (UK). After obtaining her doctorate under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Bernd Giese at the University of Basel (Switzerland), she started her career in the sales team of ExxonMobil Chemical. In 2006, Dr. Anne-Kathrin Stoller joined Bachem AG in Bubendorf (Switzerland) and headed the Business Development unit from 2008 to 2010. Subsequently, she was responsible for the Business Development & Sales department, first locally and finally for the entire region Europe. Serving as Vice President and department head she is also a member of the local site management team in Bubendorf. Dr. Anne-Kathrin Stoller is married and the mother of a son and a daughter.
