Why did we launch a new website?
We strive to give our customers an all-round positive experience – no matter who they are or where they are located. This focus on building a strong partnership is really important to us at Bachem, and we try to reflect that in everything we do – from the initial contact, right through to successful project completion.
Many times, that collaboration starts with a visit to our website – so we want to make sure our customers have it easy to find what they are searching for and enjoy an engaging experience from the very first contact.
What can you do on our website?
The first thing customers will notice is that our new mobile-responsive website is a lot more interactive.
It’s easy to navigate around using our hover main menu navigation and we’ve included thoughtful features like an interactive upcoming events calendar so customers can quickly and easily find an exhibition to meet one of our sales representatives.
It’s clearer to understand the business segments at Bachem and where we can support customers – for projects in research and specialties, CMC development, commercial API, or even through our services and capabilities like project management, quality, analytics or manufacturing capabilities.
