Confidentiality

At Bachem, we take confidentiality very seriously. The nature of the pharmaceutical business requires very careful handling of information and absolute client confidentiality. Prior to detailed project discussions, a Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement (CDA) is agreed with the customer and signed by both parties to allow discussion of sensitive and detailed information. This information may comprise of market data, product or drug substance details, research results, manufacturing and process information, technical information, analytical methods, registration documentation or various other aspects of knowledge which are proprietary to one or more party. Ongoing contracted business is protected by an appropriate confidentiality clause suitably aligned to the related business.

All Bachem employees are obliged by contract to observe strict rules regarding confidential information and its handling. Access to confidential information is carefully controlled and storage of such information carefully secured. Each representative of Bachem is aware at all times that personal integrity is a quality our company is proud of.
